Bend Photo Booth: The Energy Upgrade Every Event Needs
A Bend photo booth changes the energy in the room. Here's why the impact is bigger than the line item — and how to book one fast.

Most events have a 30-minute lull after dinner and before dancing. A Bend photo booth eliminates it. Guests who don't want to dance still want to be in the room — and the booth gives them somewhere to go. The impact is bigger than the line item suggests.
What the setup actually requires
About 10' x 10' of flat space with a standard outlet within 25 feet. We can adapt to tighter venues — send the venue diagram and we'll figure it out. Setup runs 60 minutes pre-event; breakdown is 30 minutes after the contracted window. Both are included.
The output is bigger than people expect
Three hours of unlimited sessions typically produces 300–500 photos and 100+ digital photo strips. Every guest leaves with something tangible. Your online gallery becomes the post-event recap — one link, every photo, GIF, and boomerang.
Make it feel like part of the event
- →Custom digital photo overlay matched to your branding or invitation suite
- →Backdrop choice in your color palette — neutral linen, sequin, or custom
- →Curated prop selection (no plastic novelty hats)
- →Branded digital overlay on every share for corporate events
How fast you can book
Most weekday and smaller weekend events can book within 30–60 days. Peak summer Saturdays need 6–12 months. Last-minute (<5 days) is doable with a $200 rush fee. Check live availability for your date.
How pricing works
Flat-rate packages, Central Oregon travel included, no surprise charges on event day. Lock the date with a 50% deposit or pay in full and save 5%. See packages or read the how-it-works walkthrough.
Quick answers
What's the smallest event that justifies a Bend photo booth?+
There's no minimum, but the Starter package is sized for events under 100 guests and 2 hours of run-time. Backyard birthdays and intimate gatherings work well.
Can you set up outdoors?+
Yes. We need a flat 10' x 10' area and shade or tent coverage if it's a sunny daytime event. We bring weights for outdoor backdrops.
Are you the same business as the old oregonphotobooth.com?+
Yes — same owner (Kyle Nelson), same booth, updated brand and website. All the original blog content has been preserved at the same URLs.
