Auto-applied to events in Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine, and Prineville. Covers round-trip travel from Bend so there are no per-mile fees or day-of surprises.

- 50% deposit
- A 50% deposit locks in your date. The remaining balance is auto-invoiced and due 30 days before your event.
- Save 5% paying in full
- Skip the split — pay your full balance at booking and we'll automatically take 5% off your total.

- Free delivery, setup, and breakdown across Central Oregon — Bend, Redmond, Sunriver, Sisters and surrounding towns.
- Late booking fee
- Events booked within 5 days carry a $200 rush fee to cover same-week scheduling.
