03 — The fine print
- 50% deposit
- A 50% deposit locks in your date. The remaining balance is auto-invoiced and due 30 days before your event. Bookings made within 30 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Save 5% paying in full
- Skip the split — pay your full balance at booking and we'll automatically take 5% off your total.
- Full Central Oregon coverage
- Free delivery, setup, and breakdown across Central Oregon — Bend, Redmond, Sunriver, Sisters and surrounding towns.
- Late booking fee
- Events booked within 5 days carry a $200 rush fee to cover same-week scheduling.
- Photos, GIFs, boomerangs & video
- Four capture modes on every package — high-res photos, looping GIFs, boomerangs, and short-form videos with audio. Guests pick on the touchscreen.
- Instant digital sharing, every package
- Unlimited captures all night — every guest leaves with their photos on their phone before they walk out the door.
- Cancellation
- Reschedule any time at no cost. Deposits are refundable up to 60 days before your event.
