Event details (date, venue, address, event type, notes) needed to fulfill your booking.
Payment information processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.
Photos & media captured at your event using our equipment.
Basic usage data (pages viewed, device type) collected automatically by our website.

3. How we use your information

To deliver and manage your photo booth rental.
To process payments and issue invoices or refunds.
To contact you about your booking, balance due, and event logistics.
To respond to questions or requests you send us.
To improve our services and website.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate (Stripe for payments, email/SMS providers for confirmations, hosting providers), and when required by law.

5. Photos from your event

Photos taken at your event belong to you and your guests. We may, with your permission, use selected images in our portfolio, on social media, or on our website. If you'd prefer we don't, just let us know in writing before or after your event.

6. Data retention

Booking and payment records are retained as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes (typically 7 years). Marketing contact information is kept until you ask us to remove it.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we are required to keep). Email hellobendbooth@gmail.com.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we treat your data with care and only collect what we need.

9. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
