Pricing & Packages

How much does a photo booth rental in Bend cost?+

Flat-rate packages start with our Starter (2 hours) and scale up through Essential (3 hours), Premier (4 hours), and Full Day. Every package is all-in: attendant, instant sharing, props, backdrop, setup, and breakdown. See the full pricing on the Packages page.

Is there a discount for paying in full?+

Yes — a 5% discount applies when you pay in full at booking instead of using the 50/50 split. Both options are offered at checkout.

Can I add extra hours, a second backdrop, or branding?+

Yes. Add-ons include extra hours, additional backdrops, custom digital photo overlay design, branded digital overlays, and a Extended Service Area Fee for our outer service area. All add-ons are selectable during booking.

Is there a deposit, and is it refundable?+

The 50/50 split collects half at booking. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 30 days before the event. Inside 30 days the deposit is non-refundable; inside 5 days a $200 late-booking fee applies to new reservations.

Booking & Logistics

How far in advance should I book?+

Peak summer Saturdays (June–September): 8–12 months out. Shoulder season (April–May, October): 3–6 months. Corporate holiday parties (Nov–Dec): book by early August. Winter weekday events are often available 30–60 days out.

What if my event is less than 5 days away?+

We still take last-minute bookings when the calendar allows. A flat $200 late-booking fee is added for events booked within 5 days. Call or text 707-799-5630 to confirm availability fastest.

How long do you need for setup and breakdown?+

We arrive 60 minutes before your booth start time for setup. Breakdown takes about 30 minutes. Setup and breakdown are not counted against your rental hours.

What space and power does the booth need?+

About 10' × 10' of floor space with ceiling clearance of 8' or more, plus a standard 110V outlet within 25 feet. For outdoor events we bring extension capacity and weight bags for the backdrop.

The Booth & Experience

What kind of photo booth is it?+

A modern open-air booth — DSLR-quality camera, studio lighting, and a large touchscreen. Open-air means it fits groups of 8–12 in a single frame, way better than a closed curtained box.

Do guests get captured photos?+

Yes — instant digital photos on-site within seconds of the capture. Guests can also instantly text, email, or AirDrop digital copies, GIFs, and short videos to themselves.

Do you provide props?+

Yes — a curated prop collection that fits the event vibe (we skip the cheesy stuff). For corporate or branded events we'll match props to your aesthetic.

Is the rental staffed?+

Yes. Every rental includes a trained on-site attendant for the entire run time — they handle setup, the line, instant sharing, and breakdown.

Do I get an online gallery after the event?+

Yes. A full online gallery of every capture (photos, GIFs, boomerangs, videos) is delivered within 48 hours of your event. Shareable link, downloadable.

Travel & Service Area

What's your service area?+

All of Central Oregon. Bend and Redmond are flat-rate with no travel charge. Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine, and Prineville add a flat $75 Extended Service Area Fee. Anywhere further — just ask.

Why is there a $75 Extended Service Area Fee for some cities?+

Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine, and Prineville sit outside the Bend/Redmond flat-rate zone. The $75 covers the full round-trip drive — no per-mile fees, no day-of surprises. It's added to the package price at checkout.

Do you charge extra for venues like Black Butte Ranch or Eagle Crest?+

Redmond venues (Eagle Crest, Brasada Ranch) are in the flat-rate zone — no surcharge. Sisters venues (Black Butte Ranch) sit outside the flat-rate zone, so the flat $75 Extended Service Area Fee applies. We coordinate any vendor gate passes with the resort the week of your event.

Do you serve destination weddings in Sunriver?+

Yes — Sunriver Resort, Caldera Springs, and Deschutes River estates are regular venues. The $75 Extended Service Area Fee applies, plus multi-day options for full destination weekends.

Events & Use Cases

Do you do weddings?+

Yes — weddings are about half of what we do. Ceremony, cocktail hour, reception. Open-air design fits the wedding party plus guests, branded digital photo overlays and overlays are standard.

Do you handle corporate events and brand activations?+

Yes. Custom digital photo overlays, branded digital overlays on every share, optional lead capture, and backdrops in your brand palette. Holiday parties, product launches, conference activations, summits — all standard.

Birthday parties, anniversaries, family reunions?+

All of it. Milestone birthdays (sweet 16s, 21sts, 30s through 80s), anniversary parties, multi-generational family reunions — open-air design works great when you want the whole group in one frame.

What about school dances and fundraisers?+

Yes. Homecoming, prom, graduation, formal dances, fundraisers and galas — clean prop curation, fast capture queue, and branded digital overlays that carry your school or cause home with every guest.

Can the booth go outdoors?+

Yes, with a shade plan. High-desert sun is hard on the touchscreen and on guests; we recommend a tent or tree canopy for daytime outdoor events. We bring weight bags for the backdrop against the Central Oregon breeze.

Is Bend Booth the same company as Nelson Collective?+

Bend Booth is a sister company to Nelson Collective, both founded by Kyle Nelson. Bend Booth is our photo-booth-only brand. Nelson Collective is our full-service event media company offering event photography, red carpet activation, headshot bars, and more. When you book Bend Booth, you get the same team, equipment quality, and Central Oregon expertise.
