We rebuilt Bend Booth from the ground up — a refreshed identity, live calendar availability, instant online booking, and every add-on priced up front.

Bend Booth has a new home. Same booth, same owner-operated service, same Central Oregon coverage — but everything around the booking experience just got a serious upgrade. New brand, new site, live calendar, instant online booking, and every add-on priced transparently up front.

A refreshed brand for Central Oregon

The old site leaned generic — a stock logo, a single hero photo, and a contact form that disappeared into an inbox. The new identity is built around what actually defines Bend Booth: modern memories at the edge of the Cascades. Editorial typography, a warmer palette, and photography from real Central Oregon events instead of stock imagery.

It's the same team and the same booth showing up to your event. The brand just finally looks like the experience guests have when they're standing in front of it.

Live availability — no more guessing

The biggest change: you can now see whether your date is actually open before you do anything else. Type your event date into the homepage or the booking page and the calendar checks our real schedule in real time. If it's available, you can lock it in on the spot. If it's not, we suggest the next open Saturdays.

Instant online booking

Pick your date, pick your package, pick your add-ons, pay, done. The whole booking flow lives on the site now — no back-and-forth emails, no waiting on a contract PDF, no chasing an invoice.

  • Pay in full and save 5%, or split 50/50 with the balance due before the event
  • Secure payment processing — receipt and calendar invite sent automatically
  • Automatic reminders so the balance and event details never sneak up on you
  • Late-booking surcharge ($200) only applies inside the 5-day window and is shown before you pay

Every add-on, priced up front

Add-ons used to live in an email thread. Now they're on the site, with prices, so you can build your package without guessing.

  • Custom branded photo overlays for weddings, corporate activations, and parties

  • Extra hours of coverage at a flat hourly rate

Built for the way you actually plan an event

Most of you are planning on your phone, late at night, between fifteen other vendor decisions. The new site is built for that — fast to load, easy to scan, and you can go from 'curious' to 'date locked in' in under five minutes.

Every city we serve has a dedicated page — Bend, Redmond, Sunriver, Sisters, Prineville, and La Pine. Same for event types: weddings, corporate, birthdays, holiday parties, school events, nonprofits, and brand activations all have their own pages now.

Frequently asked questions

Is the live availability calendar really live?+

Yes. It checks our actual schedule when you type a date. If it says available, you can book it on the spot. If it says unavailable, it's already on the books with another event.

Can I still book the old way — email or phone?+

Absolutely. The contact page and phone line still work the same. Online booking is the fastest option, but it's not the only one.

Do I have to pay in full upfront?+

No. You can pay in full and save 5%, or split it 50/50 with the balance due before the event. Both options are shown at checkout.

Did pricing change with the new site?+

Packages and add-on pricing are the same — they're just visible up front now instead of buried in a quote email. See the full package list.
